Will Call
For the do-it-yourselfers
You’re in charge.
You’ll have access to most of our inventory including: chairs, chair covers, tables , linens, tablecloths, lighting and other beautiful rental items.
You’ll be able to coordinate with our team to schedule drop-off and pickup times for your rental items.
Our experienced staff will be available for consultation and recommendations concerning your rental needs.
Delivery & Pickup
For the setup pros
We’ll bring the rentals to you, and take them back when your event is finished.
You’ll have access to a large inventory of rental tents, chairs, chair covers, tables, linens, tablecloths, lighting and other beautiful rentals in our warehouse.
Our team will work with you to figure out when and where to bring the rental items.
Our experienced staff will be available for consultation and recommendations concerning your rental needs.
Enhanced Delivery & Pickup
For the party-goers
We’ll handle everything.
You’ll have access to our entire inventory of rental tents, chairs, chair covers, tables, linens, tablecloths, lighting and other beautiful rentals in our warehouse.
Our team will drop off, set up, install and prepare everything. Then we’ll come back and teardown, load up and head back to the warehouse.
Our experienced staff will be available for consultation and recommendations concerning your rental needs.

With a wide variety of tents, chairs, tables, tablecloths and chair covers, our rentals can contribute perfectly to the romantic, rustic or glamorous look you envision.

From The Madison Public Library to a country barn, our designer, Korrine, has contributed to corporate events of all shapes and sizes. She will work with you in a team or one-on-one in order to best serve you, your event and your employees. With yearly themes and reoccurring parties, Korrine can handle the design, preparation and execution of your event so you can sit back and relax.

Community

Our business has been a part of the Madison Community since A to Z RentAll (A to Z Rental) opened in 1954. Because of our strong ties to the area, we continuously involve ourselves with local events. We take extra pride in our involvement with community events such as BratFest and Picnic in the Park, which benefits the Madison Parks Foundation.

We partner with many local Madison non-profit associations. Whether your team is looking for an event planner and designer, or seeking out specific rental items, we would love to be involved. Some of the non-profit associations we partner with are Madison’s own UW Carbone Center and JDRF, a local organization fighting against diabetes.
