Your Vision, Our Design and Execution

“Event designing isn’t just about creating a party, it’s about creating memories. And if memories are what make up a life, what an honor to help create such happy and joyous ones.”

Design Services
Whether it’s an extravagant gala, corporate celebration, community festival or an elaborate wedding, I begin the event design process with uncovering the foundation for your event.
Here are a few questions I would like you to ask yourself before we dive into the creative and design process:
  • What is it that you are hosting?
  • What are the main objectives for your event?
  • What would you like your guests to walk away with?
By having clear, defined answers to these questions, we can create a solid foundation for your event.
How Does the Design Service Process Work?
Successful design creation and implementation is based on an open flow of communication.
I am in the unique position to see your special day from creation to teardown. Which allows for me to provide personalized consulting and project management services for your entire event.
And from my experience, the best way to implement a successful event is to keep an open dialog about your event vision and objectives.
The first step in the design services process is our initial consultation. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know one another and start our collaboration on the same page. During this meeting, we will learn more about what your event will require and whether we would be a good fit for one another.
From there, we can work to secure the services needed for your special event. Whether you already have the ideal setting in mind, or you would like some guidance, I can assist you in finding venues that match your event needs, objectives and expectations.
What Design Services Do You Provide?
Over the course of my 15 years in this business, I’ve learned that being a designer is so much more than helping a client create a stunning space. It’s about being a team member to my clients throughout the entire planning process.
I strive to bring a calm and reassuring energy to every interaction. I know that event planning and designing can take an enormous amount of time, effort and energy. But as your designer, I’m here for you every step of the way.
From our first meeting to the clean up of your special event, I’m available to offer my expertise with creativity, event flow, color consulting, event organization, day of services, project management and more.
At Event Essentials, our design services include event design, project management, production and consulting.
