We provide design consultation and rental delivery services for weddings, corporate events, community events and non-profit events.


Whether you’re planning an intimate outdoor reception, or a grand indoor ceremony, our team has the wedding decor to match your style and personality. We can assist at any stage, from the early stages of planning or just working out the delivery of the items you need. With a wide variety of tents, chairs, tables, tablecloths and chair covers, our rentals can contribute perfectly to the romantic, rustic or glamorous look you envision.

From The Madison Public Library to a country barn, our designer, Korrine, has contributed to corporate events of all shapes and sizes. She will work with you in a team or one-on-one in order to best serve you, your event and your employees. With yearly themes and reoccurring parties, Korrine can handle the design, preparation and execution of your event so you can sit back and relax.

We’ve been a part of the Madison community since 1954 when A to Z RentAll Inc. first opened its doors on the east side. In 2010, we rebranded our special event rental business to become Event Essentials. Our name may have changed but our mission has always remained the same — creating memorable event experiences. Our ties to the Madison community run deep and we continue to be involved in local events, community fundraisers, corporate gatherings and weddings.

We partner with many local Madison non-profit associations. Whether your team is looking for an event planner and designer, or seeking out specific rental items, we would love to be involved. Some of the non-profit associations we partner with are Madison’s own UW Carbone Center and JDRF, a local organization fighting against diabetes.
