Are there items on display in your stores?

Yes, our Windsor showroom displays a variety of our items. Please consult the hours and location of our store to plan your next visit.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just stop by?

Appointments are preferred, but you can always stop by at any time to view items and reserve them.

What if there is damage to the items while they are in my care?

We offer an optional Damage Waiver which covers accidental damage. This optional waiver does not cover missing items, negligence, misuse, or theft. The cost of this damage waiver is 10% of the rental fees. If you decide not to take the damage waiver, you are responsible for damage incurred while you are renting the item. Do I need to clean the items before returning?

Equipment should be returned in the same condition it was received; that is, clean and dry. We sanitize and re-package the equipment so it is ready for the next customer. If your situation prevents cleaning we do have cleaning services are available for a fee. Linens and cloth items do not have to be laundered but care should be taken to avoid mildew. Linens should be returned dry, folded, and free of any foreign matter.

Do you deliver and setup?

Yes, we offer delivery, set up, take down and pick up services to meet your needs. Please contact a Rental Consultant to discuss your event logistics.

How long is the rental period?

For your convenience and peace-of-mind, you may pick up (or we will deliver) the day before your event. Return (or pick up by us) of the equipment is the day after your event for the one day charge. For weekend events, with prior arrangement, Monday returns are allowed for the one day rate. We can also accommodate special rates (with prior arrangement) for out-of-town events and large, complex events. Weekly rates are also available.

What size tent do I need?

Tent size will be impacted by table seating, food and bar service area, dance floor, head table space, stage and performance area, etc. We can do a computerized drawing to help you create the best event possible. Please call to get the appropriate size tent for your rental needs.

How much of an item should I reserve if I only have an estimated number of guests?

You should reserve at the higher end of your estimated number of attendees. You can decrease the number as your responses come back and as your event date approaches.

Do I need to wash tableware and food service items before use?

No, these items will be ready to use when you receive them.
